MGM Studios is seeking an Assistant with outstanding quantitative skills who can also provide strong administrative support to the Executive Vice President, Corporate Development. In addition to administrative duties, this employee will be involved in deal analysis and strategic planning for the company through participation in the preparation of analyses and presentations for the Corporate Development department.
Responsibilities:
Coordinating executive's conference calls, meetings, calendar and travel
Word processing correspondence, reports and documents
Preparing Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations
Processing expense reports
Managing and organizing documents
Ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
BA/BS in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or Accounting
Excellent computer skills - proficiency in MS Office including strong Excel and PowerPoint
Internet Savvy - able to do extensive research and present findings clearly and concisely, either orally or in writing
Able to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment
