Maximum Entertainment Productions is a Producing, Development and General Management Office with commercial productions currently in various stages for Broadway, off-Broadway, and Tour.
Our office is seeking energetic and reliable interns for the Fall. It will be a special time to assist our office as you will participate and observe in the development of Broadway-bound productions, preparations of two brand new off-Broadway productions, and assist in the operations of a national tour.
Interns in this concentration will have the opportunity to gain specific experience in the fields of Production & Stage Management in a unique fashion. You will gain first-hand insight into the business operations of running multiple productions while meeting the needs of each production's individual timeline. Interns in this area should expect tasks to include: contact sheet creation, production scheduling, Production Meeting notetaking, providing PA coverage for workshops and rehearsals, etc.
Applicants must have an excellent phone manner, the ability to multi-task and prioritize, and experience with Word and Excel. Must be a responsible and a detail-oriented problem-solver with a positive attitude.
Start and end dates are flexible. We would like the position to start close to the beginning of September (negotiable). End date is also flexible and to be discussed. Preference will be given to applicants who are available full-time (Mon-Fri 10am-6pm).
