Full-service, Beverly Hills based talent agency seeking Assistant / Floater for Agent Training Program. You will learn all aspects of the agency business in a fast paced environment with very strong growth potential.
Ideal candidates should possess superior organizational / communication skills, be detail-oriented, resourceful, have the ability to multi-task / shift priorities in response to varying demands, and be highly motivated to pursue a career in the entertainment industry.
Candidates should be comfortable using MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Photoshop. Previous talent agency experience is a plus and a bachelor's degree is preferred.
Duties include:
-Main reception, rolling calls, scheduling appointments, filing, faxing, supplies orders, and other general office duties
-Assisting agents with all aspects of the agency business
-Scheduling auditions / callbacks / bookings
-Preparing and distributing marketing packages for actor submissions
-Will temporarily provide some assistance to business affairs department
-Attending showcases and other scouting events
-Additional duties as assigned depending on experience level
