Job Description:
We are currently seeking hard-working, enthusiastic and business savvy interns for the Talent Division who are passionate about Television and Film and looking to gain experience in the talent management business for actors, hosts, and TV personalities in mainstream pop culture 18-25 demographic for our Spring/Summer 2015 Intern Program.
Interns will have the opportunity to be hands-on and gain valuable experience working directly with management executives. Must have a can-do attitude, great people skills and phone manners, be a self-starter and able to start ASAP.
Interns will be assigned to work on various aspects of client projects including:
*Web research
*Talent submissions for TV, film, hosting, commercials
*Artist marketing and promotions; MySpace, YouTube, internet promo
*Inquiries for bookings, personal appearances
*Calendars, scheduling talent appointments, event planning
*General administrative duties including filing mailing, faxing, emailing, database maintenance, updating client materials, etc.
Job Requirements:
*Intern must be dependable, have great people skills and phone manners, an outgoing personality and be able to function well in both a corporate business setting and in social settings/high profile celebrity events, etc. Must have a can-do attitude, be a self-starter and able to start ASAP.
*Must have strong writing and communication skills, be detail-oriented and organized
*MUST have laptop computer with wireless access and be tech savvy -- Word, Excel, MySpace, YouTube, mass emails, etc. Must have access to own transportation, valid driver's license and insurance. Must have cell phone, iPhone/BlackBerry a plus
*Experience in casting, production, talent agency, talent management a plus.
*MINIMUM of 15 to 25 hours per week for minimum of 12 weeks, 3-5 days per week. Available immediately.
Education:
*Must have completed 1st year of college; can use internship for credit.
