We are in search of a great communicator who is pleasant, enthusiastic and a problem solver. The job description requires a well-rounded go-getter grounded in trustworthiness and integrity. If you are creative and intelligent, reliable and hardworking, this job is for you.?Interns will gain experience in the following areas:
• Music Production and Engineering/Recording Techniques
• Licensing, Copyright, Royalties, Publishing Contracts and Payments/Invoicing
• Marketing and Promotion (Social Media, Newsletters, Mailing Lists, Direct Outreach)
• Recording Studio Maintenance and Organization
• Mentorship from Industry Veterans
We are currently accepting applications. Interns are required to work a minimum of about 20 hours per week; we offer flexible schedules to accommodate students. You will receive college credit if your education program allows. The successful candidate will be a current undergraduate or graduate student who is:
• Passionate about music and the arts
• Has proficiency in Apple OS applications (Word, Excel, possibly Filemaker Pro)
• Is well versed in social media.
• Possesses excellent communication and writing skills
• Interacts with people in a respectful and efficient manner
