Full Time Unpaid Internship
Interns in this department will assist the operations team in carrying out co-promotional deals for Marvel's films and TV shows. They will be called upon to update deal terms in Salesforce, complete competitive research, and generate recap decks for past films... along with an array of other tasks. Gain experience and knowledge by working with Marvel's Partnerships team across a vast corporate landscape while helping to expand Marvel's marketing efforts! Students applying for this internship should be interested in future careers involving advertising, marketing, sales, or communications.
Responsibilities• Upload and maintain data in Salesforce
• Extract relevant information from partner contracts
• Update and generate reports across multiple films and shows
• Assist in routing promotional partner campaigns for creative approval
• Create Theatrical Wrap-Up Decks using Keynote, PowerPoint, or Photoshop
• Research consumer buzz on our partner programs and in-market activation's
• Work across the department as needed- collaborate with team members on projects in other offices
• Identify new sales leads Basic Qualifications• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Work efficiently in a team/group setting
• Proactive with the ability to handle several projects at once under deadline pressure
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• General knowledge of Salesforce or comparable CRM system preferred
• General knowledge of Photoshop, PowerPoint, or Keynote preferred
• General knowledge of Marvel properties and films preferred
• All candidates must be eligible to work in the US.
• All candidates must be at least 18 years old.
• All candidates must be available during the months of January through April / May.
• All candidates must provide their own housing and transportation for the duration of the internship.
• All candidates must be able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the session.
Preferred Qualifications
• Resume must outline other internships, degrees earned, work experience, related clubs and organizations, current major course of study, expected graduation date and extracurricular activities.
• Cover letter must include a personal introduction, and days/times available during internship period.
• Preferred Junior or Senior-level standing
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Required Education • Currently pursuing BA/BS as a communications, marketing, and/or business major
• Must be enrolled in college/university
