Franchise Asset Coordinator (Marvel Studios)

This role will support the Marvel Studios Franchise Team with coordination of digital assets and requests.
Responsibilities
• Work directly with Franchise team, digital support, and other studio LOBS on asset needs specific to Franchise/DCP; Including gathering of materials for development of film specific ref packs and fashion ref packs, routing of materials for studios: legal, filmmaker, and Disney marketing team for approvals and feedback.
• Work directly with franchise leads on asset needs specific to development of style guide and promo packs.
• Coordinate execution and planning of licensing key set with franchise team, Disney publicity, legal and filmmakers.
• Manage development of key asset availability chart and milestone calendars.
• Build strong relationships with teams across multiple lines of business within Marvel and Disney.
Basic Qualifications
• Highly organized and comfortable in a fast-paced environment, ability to prioritize large volume of projects.
• Working with studio digital support team to route assets and content for approvals.
• Ability to route and track creative feedback and approvals from high-level distinguished colleagues and effectively communicate to various vendors and internal teams.
• Must be detail oriented and organized and have the ability to follow-up often and in a friendly and courteous manner
• Prior experience in production, post-production, marketing, and brand management needed.
• Must thrive under the unique brand of Marvel pressure.
• Someone who can devote her or himself to hardcore administration duties, is great with Excel, has a cursory understanding of Photoshop, Powerpoint and Keynote.
Preferred Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in Media, or Entertainment industry preferred.

Bachelor's degree
