Executive Assistant, Franchise (Marvel Studios)

Reporting to the VP, Franchise, this role will support the Marvel Studios Franchise team providing administrative, secretarial and clerical support, while also working with franchise and marketing team on day-to-day assignments.
Responsibilities
• Manage schedules and assist with day-to-day operations for Franchise Team, along with coordinating review meetings and taking minutes as needed.
• Coordinate set visits with production team as requested for approval.
• Coordinate requests for fulfillment of physical marketing materials, such as posters and premiums for premieres, and promotional events.
• Coordinate script reads with Ops team and filmmakers, liaising with production and studios marketing coordinator on master milestone calendar for key inform dates for promotions, retail, and marketing.
• Conducts purchasing functions and processes Travel & Expense reimbursements.
• Build strong relationships with teams across multiple lines of business within Marvel and Disney.
Basic Qualifications
• Highly organized and comfortable in a fast-paced environment, ability to prioritize large volume of incoming inquiries and information while coordinating with multiple groups.
• Ability and judgment to effectively communicate with multiple departments across many lines of business.
• Must be detail oriented and organized and have the ability to follow-up often and in a friendly and courteous manner
• Prior experience in marketing, brand management and/or graphic design a plus
• Knowledge of Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and Keynote required
Preferred Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in Media or Entertainment industry preferred.
