The team Admin will be providing support the VP of Digital Media & Marketing Solutions in Glendale, CA as well as the larger Digital & Integrated Partnerships team.
Responsibilities
• Supporting the VP of Digital Media & Marketing Solutions and Integrated/Digital Partnership team – proactively manage and organize heavy calendar scheduling, multiple phone lines and book travel arrangements
• Submit expense reports
• Coordinate communications between different workgroups across multiple lines of business.
• Support in the research of partners & concepts for the continuing evolution of our digital & experiential brand partnership
• Assist in on-going, special projects such as competitive tracking, research, special events, conference support, etc…
Basic Qualifications
• A minimum of 2 years of previous administrative assistant experience in a high volume studio, network, production company, talent or media agency
• Ability to successfully coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
• Manage smooth operations of the executive's calendars and offices, being mindful of deadlines and priorities
• Excellent and professional phone skills
• General understanding of Theatrical, Digital, and/or Special Event development & cycles
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision
• Willingness to work overtime with short notice
• Must work well under pressure
• Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, make decisions and change course of action quickly
• Superior attention to detail with the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient knowledge of Outlook, Keynote, Word, and Excel
• Must have a willingness to learn and grow

• The desire for a career in digital brand marketing or experience/tech innovation
• Tapped into pop-culture and the latest platforms, devices, services that continue to change our world
