Job Title: Executive Assistant / Office Manager for a Creative Co in the Music Biz
We are looking for someone who is used to working in a busy home office and thrives on having a lot to do and juggling it all. This is a fast-paced environment. There are personal as well as business functions to coordinate.
Great communication skills and phone skills are a must as you will be coordinating communication and appointments between the business manager, agents, managers, attorneys, and associates.
DUTIES: You will manage the office and the administrative functions of the organization. Tasks will include standard office management functions such as: maintaining office supplies; overseeing equipment maintenance and promotional materials; filing; computer input; database management and general correspondence. He/she will be keeping the calendar, scheduling appointments, arranging travel, etc.
SKILLS: Strong typist and be knowledgeable in Mac applications and well as Microsoft office.
QUALIFICATIONS: At least 3 years office experience.
Strong organizational and people skills are a must! A knowledge of the film and music business is ideal.
The ideal candidate has an upbeat personality, is self-motivated, and should be someone who wants to learn and always strives to be better at what they do. We are looking for someone who has done this for another company or a person who loves this job.
Monday thru Friday, 9:30 am - 6:30 pm
COMPENSATION: This position is salaried (salary dependent upon qualifications)
