Mangoseed Productions is an emerging full service production company. We are looking to add talented, reliable, committed, fun, passionate individuals with a positive attitude and amazing personalities to our already wonderful team.
We are looking for individuals that can strongly commit to a minimum of 2-3 days per week and that could include during the week and/or on weekends.
This is an unpaid internship for someone who has a flexible schedule and is available at least 2-3 days a week during the week and especially on weekends. Must already be based and/or live in the Los Angeles, CA area and willing and able to travel to all areas!!!

PRODUCTION MANAGERS/PRODUCTION COORDINATORS INTERNS-Seeking a committed, positive, upbeat, motivated, energetic, hard working, and extremely passionate Production Manager Intern whose primary function is to assist Owner & CEO, producers and executive team in smoothly executing all creative, executive, administrative and production duties. All production manager duties including securing, picking up and returning rental equipment for shoots.
CASTING ASSOCIATE INTERNS-Seeking an positive, upbeat, motivated, energetic, hard working, and extremely passionate Casting Associate Intern whose primary function is to assist Owner & CEO, producers and executive team in smoothly executing all casting, creative, executive, administrative and production duties. Setting up and managing talent, auditions, callbacks, interviews and bookings. Booking guests and clients for shows. Managing talent and all talent activities on set.
Create and maintain a fun, smooth running atmosphere in office and on shoots. Secure and book talent and guest for shows. Manage production crew on shoots.
Work closely with the team to insure strategic corporate and production plans are carried out. Assist in coordinating and managing pre-production, production and post production activities necessary to plan and execute a successful shoot. Attend networking functions, assist in increasing company visibility, build brand awareness and a network of traditional and nontraditional media distribution outlets.
Duties could include setting up and attending creative, development and production meetings. Building beneficial community relationships and creating database of possible show guests. Coordinating and planning show ideas, topics and segments. Book crew for shoots, creating and securing signatures on releases and contracts and managing shoots.
Relaying communications between Owner & CEO and clients, talent crew and contacts. Will perform a variety of duties that overlap executive, pre-production, production, post production and more.
Making calls, answering phones, running errands, general office duties, filing, mailings, creating documents, letters, paperwork, typing contracts, coordinate schedules and organizing business contacts, online research and marketing, ordering and/or making food for meetings, setup, running and sitting in on castings.
THIS POSITION IS AN EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY TO PARTICIPATE IN A VARIETY OF DIFFERENT FAUCETS OF THE ENTERTAINMENT BUSINESS.
