Full Time Job
This role will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Talent Relations department. Preferably, this individual should have assistant experience in talent management at either an agency or a management company and ultimately want to become a manager themselves. The candidate should have experience managing a high volume of requests from various stakeholders and be extremely detail oriented.
Responsibilities:
• Liaise with talent team
• Pitch and book Talent for network initiatives, show/channel development, live events, pilots, series and countdown shows
• Book talent for promos, marketing, corporate events
• Track talent releases
• Prepare Network pitch decks for internal and external presentations
• Create, maintain and distribute a trend list of upcoming talent
• Oversee talent gifting for premieres, birthdays and other milestones
• Provide support for Talent Department
• Manage schedules and coordinate talent appearances by booking hair/makeup and all travel including cars, flight and hotels
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Talent Development and Casting
• Minimum 3 years entertainment and/or media work experience required
• Demonstrated knowledge of office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
