Full Time Job
The Sales Development Team will sit at the intersection of Ad Sales & Programming, comprised of a group of individuals tasked with leading in the ideation and packaging of go-to-market, proactive sales solutions at all budget levels (agnostic of a specific advertiser).
Each individual will be aligned with one of the four key Programming Verticals: Games & Sports, Entertainment, Family and Life & Style and will be responsible for serving as the product experts and evangelists for the extended Sales Team.

• Audience Insights
• Proactive Packaging Including (to proactively bring to market):
• Seasonal demand (Ie: BTS, Holiday)
• Strategic conference/festival packages (Ie: ComiCon, SXSW)
• Vertical opportunities that become available
• Programming/Talent calendar/schedule alignment
• Maker Labs opportunities
• Tentpoles
• Disney extensions
Additional Responsibilities:
• Create new marketing opportunities, promotional ad products and sales materials, maximizing revenue potential through progressive digital advertising solutions
• Lead in crafting opportunities and material in collaboration with Programming, Branded Entertainment, Marketing/Social, Inventory, Pricing, Talent, Research and Planning.
• Handle vetting concepts and solutions with appropriate channels
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 6 years marketing/strategy/media/consulting experience
• 3-5 years in an online setting preferred
• Proven track record in developing successful advertising, marketing or promotional campaigns
• Experience working with nation-wide clients; business development and relationship management skills are essential
• Proven skills in creativity, problem-solving, follow-through, attention to detail, and priority setting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including negotiation and presentation skill
• Sharp business sense, resourceful, innovative and responsive to change
• Managerial skills preferred (managing others and projects)
• Analytical, quantitative and financial analysis skills a plus
• Bachelor degree required in a marketing, business, communications or related field
Specific Skills Required:
• Excellent computer skills - Highly proficient with Keynote, MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Experience in Internet or Entertainment Marketing/Promotions;
• Proven ability to manage multiple internal client and external customer relationships and manage through conflict, driving groups to collective business decisions
• Polished interpersonal and communication skills
• A passion for creativity; the creative drive to develop rich, dynamic, and exceptionally effective advertising strategies
• A deep understanding of the sales and advertising landscape
• Analytical, quantitative and financial analysis skills a plus
