Mad Hat Creative is looking for an energetic and passionate individual to become apart of our production team. This position will work directly for the Executive Producer in a growing company. The job consists of a variety of responsibilities listed below, but not limited to the following.
Job Duties Include:
· Pre-Production coordination · Managing costs and estimates in real time · Assist on production shoot/broadcast events · Create Call sheets and Production Books · Create and maintain Crew and Vendor databases · Coordinate post production schedules and job trafficking · Work with account lead on budgets and reconciliations · Assist Executive Producer with any support needs · Help manage scheduling, booking, and crewing. Essential skills and knowledge: · 2-3 years of experience in planning and/or coordinating · Experience working with production team members · Ability to troubleshoot and stay focused · Understanding of small company culture · Experience with Office, Excel, Quickbooks and PPT.
Must be articulate, sociable and able to communicate well with a variety of people. Must be organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated. Experience with post-production workflow and editing tools is a plus.
