Lynn Verlayne Studio is looking for a passionate, energetic, and proactive team member who wants to be a part of an exciting and dynamic music environment. Job is full time and our office is in Brooklyn. Position will include administrative duties (invoicing, financial tracking), booking and billing artists, assisting the CEO and staff with daily needs, and interacting with industry and independent artists, and direct / internal marketing and sales (Experience preferred). We are also looking for an individual who is passionate about cultivating and growing our online presence through social media and SEO (Experience preferred).
We are looking for a real Team Member NOT an employee.
WHAT WE OFFER:
You will have the opportunity to learn from Lynn Verlayne directly, who is a top artist development specialist and music consultant. We will teach you everything we know. You will work daily with a roster of about 15 artists. We offer endless growing opportunities and mentoring on every level of the music industry.

We need an individual with excellent communication skills, open, casual, polite, eager, proactive,hungry, and someone who is not a quitter! We want someone who will live, eat and breathe music and the independent artists that come with it, and who loves it all.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate Client (Artists), Staff & CEO Scheduling
First Responder on any Logistical Issues - must be able to handle schedule conflicts, appointment issues, etc...on the fly and with a positive attitude
Run all Social Media for the company
Monthly billing, invoicing, and reporting on income from clients and contractors
Manage payment to outside contractors and staff
Marketing support - answering emails, phone calls with general knowledge of the company.
Day to Day administrative support
Executive Assistant to CEO and team for any errands while onsite, etc...
Intern Oversight
Required experience:
Accounting: 1 year
Social Media Marketing: 1 year
Marketing: 1 year
Administrative Support: 1 year
Coordinator: 1 year
