IT'S URGENT | Luti Media - the award winning music video, commercial and film production company - seeks two Fall 2016 production interns for its downtown Los Angeles office. You will be part of an in house Production team that works across music videos, commercials, film and television; at times, you will be expected to work on location such as film shoots.
This is a non paid position. For the right candidates, the position has strong potential to grow into a full-time paid Production Coordinator or Production Assistant who is available to start in August and dedicate themselves to a Fall unpaid internship.
IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate is a motivated, self-starter who has a passionate career interests in film production and music videos. This role will suit a junior/senior in college, a graduate or aspiring independent filmmaker (with at least 1 years experience working in the music or film industry looking for a career progression and a new challenge within an independent company specializing in music videos). You will be able to provide excellent client service at all times, both face to face and in written communication. As with any Media / Television company, at times you will work within a very fast paced environment which requires an individual to remain calm under pressure and prioritise when multiple tasks must be managed simultaneously. Punctuality/High attention to detail/ strong follow-up skills are essential as you will be dealing with time-sensitive and confidential information and tasks.

KEY DUTIES:
Administrative & Client Service
- Greeting and interacting with Luti Media directors, producers, crew members, celebrity clients and day-to-day guests
- Handling administrative tasks such as project filing, sorting mail, assisting with shipments and managing petty cash and receipts
- Managing inventory of food and office supplies to ensure items are fully stocked and handling client hospitality requests
Production
- Assisting Producers with production calls, research sourcing, production enquiries, updating contact lists, calendars and meetings
- Serving as a production assistant on-set - assisting with production set up and breakdown, talent, lunch, moving equipment and other tasks
- Uploading large files, videos and photos to platforms such as Vimeo, Youtube and social media (Instagram, Fb, Twitter, Tumblr etc)
