DESCRIPTION
The Executive Producer will be responsible for leading all west coast projects across a breadth of entertainment media brands, both linear and non-linear, from prospect to contract through production and delivery. Projects will primarily include strategy, full brand identities/rebrands, and full 360 marketing campaigns. The EP is responsible for providing quality control over concepts and projects, maintaining creative standards, meeting deadlines, and staying within budget. The EP will research and pursue executive-level client relationships and opportunities within existing accounts for new business growth and creative development. The EP will be expected to evolve the position to fill the needs of our fast-growing company.
Our west coast office is located in a sun-filled, open-air space in Venice, California, just a few blocks from the beach. Our team is tight-knit with a friendly, collaborative vibe and a grill in the backyard.
KEY DUTIES
• Supervise production and creative teams to meet all deadlines.
• Coordinate and lead meetings with senior clients and internal teams, serving as a liaison
between all groups.
• Collaborate with producers and lead the creation of project schedules, budgets, and plans.
• Provide quality control over concepts and projects.
• Target, foster, and maintain robust relationships with potential clients in order to develop
new business.
• Plan and forecast long- and short-term staffing needs and resources.
• Maintain and foster communication across offices for resources and production.
• Foster and maintain collaborative, strong relationships with internal staff and freelance
artists.
• Take a long-term view towards relationships with clients, expanding the company's
creative abilities, and strengthening the company as a whole.
• Create and encourage a culture that provides continuous feedback and support. Set clear goals for the team and hold employees accountable.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to lead the development of promotional materials of
all projects, including case studies and ''behind-the-scenes'' materials.

ABOUT YOU
• 3-5 years experience as an Executive Producer for a production company or agency, or similar role
• 3-5 years with a branding or marketing agency, specifically in strategy, full brand identities/ rebrands, and full 360 marketing campaigns.
• Knowledge of all needs of the various types of assignments and projects loyalkaspar takes on, from thinking assignments and audits to channel rebrands to live-action shoots
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and think ahead, as well as be highly collaborative and communicative
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and supervise multiple ongoing projects and timelines
• Excellent project management, communication, and organization skills
• Access to a variety of freelance artists to hire for various project needs
• Knowledge of Mac OS X, including Pages & Keynote
• Knowledge of Gmail, Google Calendars, and Google Drive
• Knowledge of Marketcircle's Daylite a plus
• Bachelor's Degree
