Job Functions:
• Provide Ticket Operations support by answering phones and providing customer service to season customers
• Assist in game day operations
• Assist customers, answer ticket-related questions and resolve ticketing issues
• Perform other duties as assigned
Basic Requirements/Qualifications:
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent
• Minimum six months work experience in customer service
• Working knowledge of Tickets.com Pro Venue Ticketing system preferred
• Ability to work evening, weekends and holidays as required
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
