Dodger Pride Rewards is a loyalty program for Dodgers’ season ticket holders. Each season ticket holder receives a card and can nominate up to three additional partners to receive their own, customized card. Anyone with a card can gain early access into Dodger Stadium for most games, gain vertical access throughout the stadium, receive a merchandise discount, and enter a sweepstakes during each game in which several experiential and commemorative prizes are distributed.
Job Functions:
• Manage all in-game elements of the Dodger Pride Rewards program, which include:
• Staffing the Dodger Pride Rewards desk, including setting up, general appearance and maintenance, and closing down
• Answering questions fans may have about Dodger Pride Rewards in person, by phone, by email, and/or by text message
• Managing Blue Crew members who will assist with in-game duties
• Explaining how the sweepstakes works to fans
• Servicing and troubleshooting any issues that members have
• Coordinating with fan services, stadium operations, Dodgers IT, and Fortress regarding all operational components
• Conducting all components of the daily drawing, including drawing the winners from the existing systems, notifying the winners, distributing prizes, and receiving from winners proper release forms
• Recommending additional ways to promote the program in-game
• Coordinate the fulfillment of prizes, including paperwork, communication, and organizing protocol for winners who redeem an experience at a future game
• Oversee potential extension of program to more fans
• Contribute to the longer-term strategy of Dodger Pride Rewards
• Perform related duties as assigned
Basic Requirements/Qualifications:
• High school diploma. GED or equivalent education, pursuing or having completed higher education
• General interest in pursuing a career in sports business
• Ability to interact positively with large fan base
• Basic understanding of organizational structure, goals, and mission
• Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills
• Possess excellent reasoning, problem-solving, creative thinking, and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to successfully design and implement cross-functional projects
• Ability to perform duties independently under general, minimal supervision with specific assignments,
• Candidates must have a flexible schedule that allows them to work all home games, day or night, weekdays, weekends, and holidays
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
