The Account Supervisor, Partnership Services, is a motivated, self-starter who is a dedicated professional in the sports, entertainment, or advertising industry. The ideal candidate will establish long-term relationships with corporate partner representatives and ensure all elements of partnership accounts are delivered in a first class manner.
Job Functions:
• Provide superior service managing and implementing contract specifications and assets for all assigned corporate partnership accounts
• Ensure all elements of assigned partnership accounts are delivered in a first class manner
• Interact and foster relationships with clients including advertising/promotional agencies on a regular basis to fulfill contract requirements
• Work cohesively and collaboratively with other members of the Corporate Partnerships team and front office to achieve departmental goals
• Coordinate pregame activities, game day hospitality, including but not limited to, first pitches, pregame ceremonies, on field meet and greets, non-game day clinics/camps and batting practices
• Gather and maintain proof of performance of sponsorship assets to summarize success of partnership
• This position requires various administrative duties from managing invoices, ticket requests, and communication to broadcast partners, etc.
• Perform other related duties as assigned
Basic Requirements/Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or minimum of two years’ work experience in experiential marketing/activation within the sports, entertainment and/or radio, television, digital and special events
• Demonstrate experience with the contract process and collaborate with legal team for contract execution
• Work experience in developing sales presentations/proposals with innovative and effective concepts/campaigns
• Must be well organized with a strong work ethic
• Possess full knowledge of the activation process and measurement of integrated sports marketing packages
• Must be a team player with ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and manage tight deadlines/high pressure situations
• Demonstrate strong problem solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sponsor information
• Proficient in MS Office with knowledge of ratings, research, metrics and analytics.
• Knowledge and passion for Major League Baseball and ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus
• Available to work a flexible schedule which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
