We are currently seeking an Enthusiastic, Can Do, Self-motivated film industry professional who can serve as Office Manager.
Ideal Candidate will:
• Must have office manager or administrative assistant experience!!!
• Have hands on attitude! We want someone who can take charge of the office and small projects
• Have a strong willingness to learn --- Someone who is a fast learner and eager to build their production knowledge.
• Be Extremely organized!!!
• Have friendly phone and e-mail etiquette -- experience in customer service/answering phones is a plus
• Be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel -- Will be creating invoices, call sheets and other documents daily
• Accounting experience is a plus -- will be responsible for invoices and AR
Description:
This job is suitable for someone with a college degree and one or two additional years of experience in a professional environment. There will be opportunities to participate on shoots, but that is not one of the main duties in this position. Please do not apply if you are only interested in being on set. Pre- and post-production are a huge part of this job. We are a small company that does BIG things, which means you will be working very closely with our director/producer. We need a team player who is competent and has excellent problem solving and time management skills. There will be creative opportunities attached to this job, as well.
The position is full time, M-F, 9am-6pm. Start date: mid-April/early-May.
