Responsibilities:
Principal duties include: Assisting the Premium Seating Department with internal and external projects for assigned music venues. The intern will be required to work no less than 20-30 hours per week. This position will include involvement with:
• Assisting PSS Staff (including Show days)
• Provide assistance with event planning in hospitality areas for each concert venue
• Provide assistance in the PSS sales process including research, prospecting, and administration support.
• Customer service, and an interest in event planning and management, venue operations and sales are all essential components of this internship
• Assist with the coordination of ticket orders & tracking.
• Qualified applicants must handle a fast-paced environment with good humor and exceptional customer service
Job Requirements :
Qualifications:
• Must be able to receive academic credit from their college or university prior to starting
• Must be enrolled in a Bachelor's/Masters program at an accredited college or university with Junior or Senior standing
• Must be 18 years or older and have junior standing or above
• Must be able to commit to a minimum work schedule of Monday - Friday, 20 hours per week and a maximum of 30 hours per week
• Reliable transportation
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint (Graphic Design is a plus)
• The ability to multi-task efficiently on a daily basis
• Eager to learn and be proactive with new tasks
• The ability to conduct yourself in a professional matter at all times
• The ability to learn and absorb at a fast pace
• Detail-oriented
• Able to coordinate multiple work streams for on-time project delivery
• Must be willing to submit to a background investigation
• Must be able to show eligibility to work in the United States
