The role of this Sales Representative is to serve as a local presence for Tour Design Creative (''TDC'') in Nashville while primarily working with record labels to develop marketing assets to launch new releases.
Primary Responsibilities:
Maintain and Grow TDC work with Record Labels:
• Facilitate projects from concept to creation with record company clients primarily in Nashville, Los Angeles and New York to help launch new records (writing scripts, purchasing music, downloading production elements, entering demos into task manager, generating client links, forwarding materials, coordinating revisions with production team, transcribing approved spots, prepping closed captioning scripts)
• Manage existing list of record label clients and look for new ways and products to meet their needs
• Develop an extensive list of prospects and move them through the process of them becoming active clients
Secondary Responsibilities:
• Update sales contact information in database as necessary
• Organize project notes on web site (through strong understanding of e-commerce web site (Magento & Task Manager platforms)
• Evaluate and provide feedback on functionality of online order system
• Provide support as needed for the other members of the sales team and their Nashville-based clients
• Assist in marketing efforts to further establish the TDC presence in Nashville
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales or Marketing
• 2+ years of practical business experience (Ideally Sales related)
• Ability to work with all levels of management
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Self starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills
