Live In Theater (LIT) seeks an immediate, part-time sales manager for its cutting edge, interactive, immersive, experiences in New York City and internationally.
The sales manager will harness our notoriety and the inertia of our established clientele (including Goldman Sachs, the Yankees, Apple, Google and Columbia University to name only a few) to increase already growing sales. The position will require booking and managing events, harvesting existing relationships for repeat sales and prospecting new opportunities within the corporate, luxury tourism and education markets. The sales manager is free to work remotely as well as in-office (as needed) with the Creative Director, CEO and CFO. Responsibilities include the following:
Sales
- Respond to inquiries
- Prospect new clients
- Foster ongoing relationships
- Cultivate new revenue streams
Qualifications
- Sales experience, preferably in events or live entertainment
- Strong negotiation prowess
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Energetic and enthusiastic demeanor
- Strong organizational skills; able to prioritize and meet hard deadlines
- Work independently and cooperatively
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Self motivated and eager to augment our bottom line.
Office & Productivity Skills
- Quickbooks, Google Mail, Google Apps, knowledge of SEO, Microsoft Office
- Streak CRM or other sales prospecting applications
Compensation: Commission based.
