General Overview:
Litton Entertainment seeks an Associate Producer, Branded Content to manage the priorities, deliverables, schedules, and other related logistics as they pertain to multiple in-show sponsorship execution needs for the company. The position will be a part of the Los Angeles-based production team and reports directly to Litton's Executive Producer based in Burbank, CA. as well as interface with Litton's business development team. Overall, the Associate Producer, Branded Content will be mandated with the primary responsibility of maintaining a positive sponsor relationship, while ensuring that the production teams have everything they need to effectively implement all integrations.
The Associate Producer, Branded Content will develop client-facing communications & documentation (i.e. schedules, updates, etc.) and will collaborate with sponsorships partners and production teams to develop & execute integration concepts, oversee the compiling of applicable data into shared, trackable grids to be used by sponsors and production, and create systems and protocols to effectively complete all tasks mandated by the various sponsorship deals.
The position will work directly with show runners, production teams, production management, and post-production to ensure that all requirements are met and that the sponsor is in receipt of all information and deliverables in a timely fashion.

Requirements:
- 8 - 10 years of ad agency, commercial production or branded television industry experience a must-have.
- Proven project management track record that includes: creating and maintaining schedules and budgets as well as conflict resolution skills
- Possesses a positive can do attitude and collegial spirit
- Experience with and knowledge of media production is critical
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills are a must
- Ability to develop branded content and integration ideas in conjunction with sponsors and the production teams
- Ability to read and dissect integration contracts
- Availability to travel for meetings and production shoots
- Must be technically proficient with standard computing platforms (PC & Mac) and all standard business software (MS Office, etc.) as well as internet based platforms & software (Google Drive, Docs, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with strict attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Position requires periodic travel for meetings and production shoots
- Skilled in conflict resolution and must be a superior problem solver
- Ability to work quickly and accurately on an independent basis; giving great attention to detail and displaying the initiative to quickly identify and resolve variances, failures and discrepancies
