Lionsgate is a leading next generation studio with a strong and diversified presence in the production and distribution of motion pictures, television programming, home entertainment, family entertainment, video-on-demand and digitally delivered content.
Lionsgate has an immediate opening for an entry-level Assistant position in our Home Entertainment Production Department. This position will provide administrative support to the Blu-ray / DVD Production team including answering phones and maintaining calendars for the SVP and VP, processing invoices and purchase orders for the department, updating and maintaining various production schedules, coordinating with vendors on project deadlines and gathering of elements, filing completed paperwork/project folders and check discs as well as vaulting finished elements for each project and will be the overall liaison for the Production team.
The successful candidate will be a highly motivated self-started who is extremely detail oriented. Must have the ability to multi-task and prioritize as well as have excellent computer and interpersonal skills, and the ability and desire to learn current and emerging Home Entertainment technologies. |
