Lionsgate is seeking a dynamic human resources leader to serve as Vice President, Total Rewards. This key role is responsible for the development of a comprehensive total rewards strategy for the organization that aligns employee rewards with the achievement of results that advance the corporate business strategies and goals, while enhancing the organization's ability to attract and retain high performing employees. Will manage a team of outstanding HR professionals while partnering with the EVP & Chief Human Resources Officer on strategic objectives and initiatives. In addition this position will oversee the HRIS system for the company.
Primary Responsibilities
• Lead the design, implementation and management of compensation related programs for executives and non-executives, including base compensation components, sales compensation & bonuses, and equity-based pay primarily for the US but eventually, globally.
• Conduct comprehensive benchmarking and survey analysis to ensure competitiveness of employee compensation
• Manage the annual salary budgeting process from initiating contact with the business units to providing direction on merit increases, bonuses, equity grants and promotions, to evaluating internal equity
• Manage all data, reporting, analytics and technology including HRIS workflows relating to total rewards offered by Lionsgate.
• Manage the team on the design, implementation and review of the company's benefits programs, Health and Welfare plans, Voluntary Benefits programs, 401(k), wellness initiatives, and reward and recognition programs
• Be familiar with and responsible for ensuring that the company is in compliance with all compensation and benefits laws and regulations.
• Manage and negotiate with brokers and third party solution providers
• Support M&A activities as they relate to HRIS data, benefits and compensation.
• Lead the design and implementation of new programs and enhancements to the reward and recognition programs, including data analysis, and budgeting to link performance with recognition.
• Work with the HR team to develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy for Lionsgate's total rewards programs.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will be a highly motivated team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a minimum of 10 years of total rewards experience, preferably in the entertainment industry. Must have demonstrated knowledge in compensation plan design and implementation, employee benefits, equity plans and designing successful total rewards programs. Advanced computer skills, along with HRIS experience are strongly preferred. A BA/BS degree is required, and an MBA is a plus.
