Lionsgate is currently seeking a SAP FI Analyst to join our Information Technology Finance team. This position will report directly to the IT Finance Manager and is responsible for the implementation, support, and maintenance for a global instance of SAP ECC 6.0. This role requires extensive knowledge SAP FI/CO, including best business practices, understanding of the other SAP modules, as well as strong analytical skill.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Deliver hands-on day-to-day SAP global production support, including the coordination with team members and external consultants.
• Participate in new implementations including system design, integration testing, user training, and post go-live support.
• Work with key business users to configure and modify SAP to meet business requirements using Best Practices.
• Work closely with ABAP programmer in developing enhancements and interfaces, which includes creating functional specifications.
• Create BPP's and training documentation suitable for internal systems control and end users.
• Prepare test plans and scripts and perform unit and regression testing. Coordinate and drive end-user testing.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Accounting/Business.
• 5+ years experience implementing/supporting SAP FI/CO module that includes Financial Global Settings, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Accounting, Special Purpose Ledger, Asset Accounting, and Controlling (Internal Orders, Cost Center Accounting).
• Strong knowledge of integration with Material Management (Logistic Invoice Verification) and Sales Distribution.
• Accrual Engine knowledge is preferred.
• Experience with SAP IPM (Intellectual Property Management) module is preferred.
• Must have flexibility to provide on-call production/project support during off-hours.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skill.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to effectively communicate with business users, stakeholders, technical teams, and various levels of management. This includes communicating system issues and business solutions in a clear and concise manner, along with ability to recognize your audience and tailor communications accordingly.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work independently and priority tasks.
• Must have a good Microsoft Word and Excel skill (pivot table and vlookup).
• Must be able to operate in a fast-paced organization and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must have the ability to complete assignments within specified time frame.
• Must be able to interact effectively and cooperatively with employees at all levels.
• Must be flexible with work schedules and be available to work overtime on evenings and weekends, with or without advance notice.
