Administer employee benefits, leave of absence, and workers' comp and ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and policies for all
Facilitate monthly benefit orientations and annual Open Enrollment as well as review and approve all elections and ensure data is properly sent to the carriers
Manage companywide Wellness Program including programming, communication, and strategy
Develop communication associated with all benefit plan and leave activities
Proactively manage ACA and IRS filing requirements and communications to plan participants
Participate in the vendor evaluation, selection process and manage and maintain vendor relationships
Oversee outsourced health care for production workers to ensure compliance with ACA
Work with broker to review the annual renewal planning to ensure company is offering competitive benefits while minimizing costs
Point person for handling routine benefits, leave, and workers' compensation questions from employees and be able to resolve complex and escalated benefit and leave issues
Compile data for benefit and wellness surveys and other projects
Oversee reconciliation of all health care invoices
Additional projects as needed
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field required
Minimum 5 years Benefits experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Advanced computer proficiency in all MS Software including Excel, Power Point and Word required
