Lionsgate is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Executive Assistant to support a C-level Executive. This position requires an ability to interact effectively with staff at all levels and high profile contacts in a fast paced environment.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
• Handle the daily administrative duties of the Executive's office
• Answer high volume of phone calls and roll calls as directed.
• Answer inquiries and requests for information from both internal and external executives/ assistants.
• Manage an extremely busy calendar, including meeting planning, scheduling, and preparation of all meeting logistics
• Responsible for the Executive's often complex business travel arrangements (both domestic & international), including flights, hotels, vehicles, business meetings, dinner reservations, and special events (i.e. premieres, film sets, etc.).
• Prepare and submit expense reports
• Handles matters proactively and expeditiously and follows-through on projects to successful completion,
Skills/Qualifications:
• Resourceful and possess a high level of common sense.
• Ability to effectively work with high level executives as well as all levels of management and staff within the company.
• Must possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, marked by a high level of professionalism, diplomacy, discretion and poise.
• Excellent organizational, managerial and interpersonal skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of day-to-day operations for a high level executive's office.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, work independently as well as with a team and exercise substantial discretion and judgment.
• Be proactive and anticipate needs of the Executive.
• Possess advanced proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• 2-5 years of work-related experience supporting C-level Executives.
