Reporting into the Worldwide Home Entertainment Division, our team is a leader in the industry in box office-to-VOD revenue and a high-profile department at Lionsgate. Furthermore, our collaborative group bridges the worlds of programming, distribution, sales and marketing to grow our business and the business categories as a whole. We are passionate, aggressive problem solvers, and we believe in being proactive while maintaining integrity.
Operational Responsibilities:

• Learn and leverage title windows and holdbacks to maximize revenue earned from digital releases.
• Advise on rights management conflicts and availabilities across entire Lionsgate catalog for multiple distribution channels.
• Track, analyze and communicate key quantitative and qualitative metrics - and apply lessons learned from the metrics in Lionsgate's business.
• Track and ensure delivery of all digital assets, metadata and other materials as needed.
• Liaise with Financial Reporting to analyze licensee relationships for data anomalies as well as quick wins, escalating as necessary.
• Successfully engage with varying levels of management at Lionsgate, retail partners and industry as a whole.
• Immerse yourself in the rapidly evolving landscape to help identify and adopt new industry best practices.
• Adapt quickly to a entrepreneurial business environment.
• Other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
Desired skills:
• 2-3 years of experience in content distribution of operations within the entertainment industry required (film/TV preferred).
• Cable, satellite, digital and non-theatrical experience/relationships strongly preferred.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort with Microsoft Office suite of products; Excel (including macros, formulas and pivot tables) and Powerpoint.
• Ability to juggle competing priorities, and to think strategically and to translate those thoughts into action plans.
• Adept at forging and maintaining relationships in a way that builds trust, fosters innovation, solves problems and reflects the integrity and core values of our department and Lionsgate.
• Upbeat personality and a passion for learning.
• Extremely proactive and embracing of an entrepreneurial environment.
• Genuine interest in digital, mobile, cable technology and the changing landscape of media.
