Search for Coordinator, International Servicing jobs in Los Angeles-CA
Lionsgate has an immediate opening for a Coordinator in our International Servicing department. This position will report directly to the VP, International Distribution Services.
Responsibilities:
Coordinates active projects and supports the Delivery Services Team.
Manage comprehensive department spreadsheets by clearly tracking & communicating the status of assets and titles.
Log and track all physical elements into the internal database system, InvenTrack.
Coordinate and track delivery of materials to and from numerous outside vendors.
Provide administrative support, including meeting preparation such as distributing & printing meeting agendas, maintaining & organizing film delivery files/documents, and department supply ordering.
Create and manage Purchase Orders for Delivery Services Team.
Experience & Skills:
The ideal candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, organization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once. Follow through, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail. Post Production and SAP knowledge is desired, with Word and Excel skills a must.
