Lionsgate is seeking a dynamic Compensation Manager who will have accountability for base pay and executive compensation program strategy development, design, implementation, and administration. He or she will partner with the broader HR and business leaders to ensure compensation programs align with business objectives; are effective in attracting, rewarding, and retaining talent; and are fully compliant with legal and regulatory requirements. This manager will also work collaboratively with HR centers of influence, HR Consulting partners, business leaders and manager, Corporate Finance, and Legal to understand business strategies and collectively develop effective business and compensation solutions.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree with three to five years compensation experience
· Strong executive presence with the ability to quickly gain credibility.
· Demonstrated experience in compensation program design and implementation
· Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with business leaders.
· Comprehensive knowledge of sales compensation design and development of commission plans
· Action oriented and adept at working in a fast paced, values driven, growing organization.
Requirements:
• Excellent understanding and proven experience with overseeing compensation programs that drive business results.
• Proven track record leading compensation programs from inception to deployment.
• Will work with highly confidential data and must maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Ability to establish and maintain strong internal and external working relationships.
• Superior detail orientation; values accuracy and has high standards around quality of work.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with an open and collaborative work style.
• Ability to solve problems by identifying the root cause and recommending / executing solutions
