Full Time Job
- The Operations Assistant plays a central role in supporting two executives in the Home Entertainment Operations Department & Corporate Administration department for administrative and clerical duties. The right candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial work environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES: -
• - 'support both executives operationally and administratively by setting calendar meetings, booking travel and managing two busy phones.
• - Assist and coordinate department meetings and events?
• - Prepare meeting accommodations and the distribution and preparation of meetings?
• - Create spreadsheets and databases to organize information as needed?
• - - Perform research and compile business information assigned by the Executives?
• Help manage Lionsgate Shop consumer emails/complaints
• Rolling high level calls
• - Handle confidential clerical tasks of a varied nature, some of which may be unique to the department. Keep confidential all correspondences; reports, contracts and other documents related to the department needs.

- QUALIFICATIONS: -
• - ?College degree with 1-2 years of work experience preferred?
• - Experience in booking travel and maintaining a busy desk
• - Must be extremely organized, detail oriented and problem solving abilities?
• - Ability to effectively multi-task and maintain a pleasant, professional demeanor?
• - Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills?
• - Experience with Microsoft Office and strong Excel preferred?
