Assistant, Digital and On-Demand Marketing

Lionsgate has an immediate opening for an Assistant to provide logistical support for its Digital and On-Demand Marketing team. Responsibilities for this position will include approving Direct Mail and negotiating co-ops, inputting marketing information on the company B2B site, overseeing B2B eblasts and launching new consumer eblasts. This position will also be responsible for the trafficking of artwork, spots and trailers, including any support material, for media and to various partners, trouble-shooting all delivery and servicing issues, providing QC of marketing materials, merchandizing placement and maintaining tracking reports of all marketing tactics. Additional responsibilities include assistance in managing and tracking budgets, processing invoices, preparing PowerPoint presentations for partner meetings and support on both large campaigns and smaller grass roots campaigns.

The successful candidate will be a motivated self-starter with a creative drive and exceptional computer and interpersonal skills. Must be highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
