Lionsgate has an immediate opening for a temporary Assistant/Coordinator in our Theatrical Marketing department. This position will work with the EVP, Media who oversees Advertising for the Theatrical Division.
Responsibilities:
· Assist manager in preparing and executing strategic national/local broadcast, cable, radio and outdoor media campaigns for theatrical releases
· Provide the agency with traffic instructions and proper copy assignments/rotations for the networks
· Asset Management - Collect and distribute various assets and materials to vendors as needed
· Compile competitive and historical data
· Basic budget management & processing of invoices
· Provide support to the Media team as needed
Required Experience & Skills:
· Ability to perform media math calculations
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to learn quickly and work well under pressure
· Ability to prioritize many different projects simultaneously
· Accuracy, attention to detail
· Ability to thrive in a fast paced work environment and follow department protocol
· Minimum of 1 year experience working at a media agency and/or relevant industry experience
· Strong mathematical and analytical abilities
· Strong proficiency in MS Office required, specifically experience in creating detailed spreadsheets using Excel
