Lionsgate has an immediate opening for an Analyst to prepare and analyze participation & royalty statements.
Responsibilities include:
Research and documentation of accounting entries
Analysis and improvement of existing systems and practices
Contract interpretation and set-up of new participation statements
Ad-hoc projects on various special projects as assigned
Experience & Skills:
The ideal candidate will have:
At least a year of accounting or finance experience, entertainment industry is a plus, preferably in Participations or Residuals
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Excel
Must have excellent analytical and organizational skills
Must be able to effectively communicate with other team members and business units
Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks while keeping up with contractual deadlines and varying priorities
Must be able to read and understand legal agreements
SAP experience is a plus
