Lineage Interactive is a full service agency pushing the limits of content development and social media innovation. Our clients include but are not limited to professional athletes, musicians, networks, agencies and brands.
We are looking for a passionate, dedicated Creative Producer. The Creative Producer will work with an internal development and sales team as well external production partners and vendors to develop and produce a slate of new Original programs for the web, linear TV, branded content and social media activations. You will own program development, budgets and schedules, plan productions, recruit talent, solve production and post-production problems, and deliver a finished product in appropriate formats on time and on budget. This will require a deep understanding of various types of video production, and an ability to work with a small internal team leveraging external partners to deliver high quality results.

Responsibilities:
Develop and produce complex, high-value video programs incorporating top music and sports talent
Maintain and execute against project plans, keeping production on time and on budget
Provide persuasive creative direction to key internal team members and external partners while keeping ego firmly in check
Contribute to the overall creative strategy and identity of the production team by participating in brainstorms, providing notes to other producers, and continuously developing new content formats and ideas.
Handle the RFP process from start to finish for various branded videos, corporate videos and commercials.
Handle the development process of TV and digital series from inception to production, including writing treatments, creating pitch decks, handling talent attachment contracts, co-production deal memos, creating sizzles and all pitch materials.
Build great relationships with vendors
Stay current with the latest trends and technology
Build and maintain relationships with agency and external production company contacts.
Lead meetings (creative development, production/post-production, sales and strategy)
Requirements:
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, self-directed creative leader who has hands-on experience with all aspects of video production.
3-5 years working in digital video, commercials, branded content, or at a creative agency
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Adapts quickly to change
Brings clear, distinctive creative vision to each production
Has a passion for unscripted content
Can-do approach and ability to perform under pressure
Unflappable and super organized. You keep your cool while managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
