LightWorkersMedia OTT, LLC (LWM) seeks an experienced Social Media Manager for its new online video and curated content initiative, focusing on faith and family content. LWM is a joint venture among MGM, Mark Burnett and Roma Downey. We produce and curate highly engaging, authentic content at the intersection of life, contemporary culture and faith. The Social Media Manager will be part of the Audience development team and primarily focus on social media strategy and building the overall social landscape of the brand.
We are looking for a passionate digital strategist who has experience managing digital and social marketing campaigns for publishers/entertainment brands. The position requires ample experience strategizing and executing on paid, earned and owned tactics in an effort to drive engagement and grow a community. The role requires excellent project management skills, an aptitude for data-analysis, and a passion for continuous testing. The team culture is

Responsibilities:
Create content, publish and grow our social channels: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.
Plan and execute editorial social calendars working closely with our content team.
Conceptualize and drive social marketing campaigns that produce high engagement and create viral acquisition.
Monitor and maintain all social media accounts daily.
Continuously test and help direct content strategy.
Manage and execute all operations for paid campaigns.
Use existing social analytics tools to deliver weekly reports to key stakeholders on social growth and engagement.
Utilize knowledge of the overall social landscape, trending topics, and
leverage latest social media best practices in order to provide ongoing thought leadership.
Collaborate with content team to assist in the creation of social-specific video/flat content.
Collaborate across departments and initiatives.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of social media marketing experience
1-2 years paid performance media experience
Strong command of social platforms, tools and publishing tools
Ability to thrive in a fast paced work environment
Excellent work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude
BA required
