LightWorkers Media OTT, LLC (LWM) seeks an experienced Community Manager for its new online video and
curated content initiative, focusing on faith and family content. LWM is a joint venture among MGM, Mark Burnett
and Roma Downey. The Community Manager will be part of the Audience development team and focus on engaging our social and influencer community to help build our audience and Brand across the social landscape.
We are looking for a passionate digital strategist who has experience managing social communities and influencers. The position requires experience in cultivating a strong, authentic community, through engagement on blogs, forums, internal
community channels, and other social media channels. The Community Manager will ensure consistency of voice and ongoing engagement in experiences.
Responsibilities:
Monitor the communities on all owned social channels and emailcampaigns: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
Respond to inquiries and assist users with resolving issues through email and social channels
Identify and partner with influencers to help grow our Brand and audience
Grow engagement by activating our social ambassadors
Gather community insights and spot trends to inform content strategy and recommendations
Collaborate and communicate with internal and external partners to ensure community, social media and content plans are properly positioned and executed
Qualifications:
3 years of social media experience, preferable in community management
Expertise with a diverse array of social media platforms and other online communitybuilding tools (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Email etc.)
Proven ability to locate, engage, and empower advocates within communities and foster audience growth
Strong ability to manage communities across multi social channels with sensitivity to different cultures and beliefs
Ability to thrive in a fast paced work environment
Excellent work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude
BA/BS required
