Lifeboat Productions is searching for hardworking interns to work at a busy television and film company for the summer semester. Interns at our company get first-hand experience on how a production company works and are able to assist on various projects with our production team. Our ideal candidates are students that are studying film, production, or entertainment or have an interest in the film industry with a relatable major and want to work in the industry.
As a Lifeboat intern, you will work alongside our in-house production coordinator and producer's assistant. You will also have the opportunity to sit at the front desk and welcome guests as well as interface with our many clients, actors, vendors, filmmakers, and colleagues visiting the company. Candidates that are hardworking with a positive attitude and sociable disposition will thrive here. As this is internship is non-paid, interns must be able to receive college credit and have a car with appropriate insurance.
Some of the responsibilities are:
-Answering phones, door, and welcoming guests.
-Going on productions runs for office team
-Organizing office space.
-Assisting producers with specific research projects
-Scanning production binders
-Helping on-set during production (if applicable)

Lifeboat has collaborated with partners such as Sony Crackle, Netflix, Fullscreen, Microsoft, Hulu, Viacom, Yahoo!, Scott Free, Nickelodeon, Bad Hat Harry, Geek & Sundry, BlackBox TV, Gold Circle Films, Happy Madison, YouTube, Rita Films, and Monodot/Adult.
