Library Liquidity Company, LLC (''Company'') is seeking a FULL-TIME ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT/RECEPTIONIST.
The Company's various affiliates collectively own or control rights in over a thousand major motion picture titles.
Administrative Assistant/Receptionist's primary responsibility is to answer incoming calls and provide administrative assistance to a small staff of six to eight employees. Job duties will include but are not limited to:
1. Answer the main switchboard, screen calls for key executives, and place phone calls as needed;
2. Assist the office manager in creating logistical and operating procedures and systems;
3. Greet and provide hospitality to visitors and guests;
4. Perform basic administrative tasks such as copying, scanning, and filing;
5. Assist key executives and attorneys as needed;
6. Manage the overall appearance of the office; and
7. Order and restock offices supplies.
The ideal candidate must be possess superior verbal, writing, and organizational skills that will keep executives and attorneys operating at peak efficiency. The willingness and confidence to handle new tasks for the first time is absolutely essential.
Required Qualifications/Skills include:
1. Two (2) years of administrative experience in the entertainment industry, preferably at a talent or literary agency;
2. Experience in operating a phone switchboard;
3. Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook;
4. Must be a self-starter with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
5. Must be able to maintain confidential information; and
6. Willingness to work long hours.
Candidate must be well mannered and professionally attired.
Salary is Commensurate with Experience.
