Prominent national dance organization seeks a highly detail-oriented stage/road manager for all traveling events. The ideal candidate is someone who is a self-starter and problem solver. This candidate also exhibits an immaculate attention to detail and strong organizational skills with an ability to excel under pressure .
Responsibilities
Pre-production before each event
Packing and unpacking trunks
Tech development with lighting and sound
Lifting 30-40 pounds
Retail/merchandise management
Onsite Event Management
Assisting host with registration
Assisting host with awards ceremony and
Managing talent, students, and staff
Running for meals and items for the team
Driving and picking up talent and staff from airport/hotel
Development is training for additional team members and staff
Self starter
Requirements
You must have a valid drivers license
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented
Polished and professional at all times
Ability to handle stressful situations
Must be outgoing, reliable and love working with young dancers.
Ability to multitask
Proactive, anticipates needs
Detail-oriented
Able to take initiative and focus on productivity
Trustworthy
Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint proficient
Ability to handle and succeed with multiple projects and tight deadlines
Detail-oriented

This position has no union jurisdiction.
Competitive pay.
