We are seeking a qualified individual to provide administrative support at an entertainment and music management company. We work in a team environment, but the ability to take assignments and run with them independently is highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and coordinate daily schedule of President/Owner, including meetings, executive travel, etc.
- Maintain and coordinate daily schedule and travel of artists managed by company
- Create and deliver communications with President/Owner and outside entities.
- Oversee communications amongst all staff members.
- Manage day-to-day departmental administrative operations and supplies, as well as administer and maintain expense reports, invoices, spreadsheets and department project time-lines.
- Develop and maintain professional business relationships with outside entities and industry associates.
- Collection of music and art file assets
- Assist in the administration and production of various albums (project based):
- Internet, trade journal and phone research.
- Oversee and proof various artwork/creative issues related to album packaging and marketing materials.
- Experience in music clearance and/or copyright is a definite plus.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must have previous experience handling high-level entertainment executives.
- Must be highly organized, able to multi-task and work effectively under high pressure, as well as demonstrate exceptional follow-through and attention to detail.
- Must be proficient in working with a MAC computer.
- Must be proficient with various information systems: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Email, Social Networking, Internet research tools.
- Knowledge of design programs a definite plus (i.e., Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat).
- Individual must be results-oriented with use of existing and new technologies.
- Must have strong oral and written communication skills, including a pleasant, professional phone manner.
- Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Must be highly motivated and demonstrate a true passion for success.
- Ability to be flexible and work overtime as needed. |

Salary:
|
$15/hour, benefits after 90 days
|
