Job Duties:
Creative Director Assistance
-Report daily agenda/company goals of each team/employee to Creative Director
-On current slate of projects- work with Creative Director to align teams
-Collaborate with Creative Director and Producers to set-up production calendar
-Keep track of Creative Director's calendar and appointments.
-Assists with setting up meetings and calls for pitches, distributors, networks, studios.
-Research including creative content, grants, and funds
-Compose memos and correspondence for Creative Director
Office Administrative Duties
-Handle incoming and outgoing communication (main phone line/fax/e-mail) professionally.
-Handle purchasing of office supplies, snacks, equipment orders. Run errands as needed.
-Perform and coordinate broad range of office's administrative activities--storing, organizing, and filing information/paperwork.
-Maintain and update company mailing/contact list.
-Coordinate ground transportation and courier requests.
-Manage janitorial duties to maintain cleanliness in office.
Bookkeeping Duties
-Handle payment of monthly company bills.
-Input journal entries in Quickbooks, working with accountant to maintain books.
Qualifications:
Excellent people skills.
Positive attitude.
Ability to work in fast paced, multi-project, creative and fun environment.
Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Suite.
Experienced with Mac and PC computers.
Experienced with Quickbooks Online or equivalent accounting software.
