Lauren Singer Talent seeks a qualified applicant to fill an assistant position at a boutique talent management company. Candidates must possess a passion for developing actors careers and the entertainment industry.
Duties include, but are not limited to: scouting, organizing and maintaining detailed administrative systems, marketing and branding of company and clients, industry researching, processing petty cash and client management. An ideal applicant should comfortable and skilled with administrative work in a fast pasted environment. Those who are not incredibly detail-oriented need not apply.
Our team is committed to fostering supportive relationships with our clients and positive professional partnerships with the many casting directors and agents we work with on a daily basis. This job requires the ability to handle high phone traffic and email correspondence with a calm, professional demeanor and a friendly, competent attitude.
The ideal candidate:
* has Bachelor's Degree
* has one to two years experience working in the entertainment industry
* is an exceptional multi-tasker and is very organized
* is proactive
* has high attention to detail
* is both a strong team player and an independent worker
