Applicants should be highly motivated, professional, organized, efficient and detail-oriented with a strong desire to learn. Applicants should know industry names and players, have experience managing a heavy workload and be able to multi-task.
The position involves a myriad of tasks, ranging from rolling calls, setting meetings, tracking payments and ordering office supplies, to scheduling client appointments, covering projects, and interacting with casting directors, agents and executives. This is an incredible opportunity to learn the business at an intimate level from one of the industry's most well-respected managers.
Experience in an agency, casting office or talent management company is a plus. This position has enormous potential to grow with the company, so we are ideally seeking someone who has an interest in representation and a desire to learn the ins and outs of talent management.
Full-time salary commensurate with experience.
