Full-Time Unpaid Internship
Lasher Group is a boutique management firm guiding all aspects of the careers of a variety of television, film and theater actors all over the globe. This is a fast-paced environment, so applicant should be able to maintain a calm, and professional demeanor while juggling multiple complex tasks. Must have a positive attitude and be able handle pressure in a professional manner.
We are seeking an extremely detail oriented, organized and passionate intern who is interested in a pursuing a career in Talent Representation
We are looking for someone who can work 3-4 days a week during the time from January-April.
Essential Functions/Job Duties:
-Assist in developing a data base of client resources
-Assist in writing bios, updating resumes, and preparing pitch materials
-Perform various administrative and clerical duties
-Keeping track of client's auditions, projects, submissions
-Give creative input on strategies to build client's careers
-Answer phones and communicate effectively with casting directors, agents, producers
Qualifications:
Effectively manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
Communicate simply and effectively, with excellent oral and written communication skills
Be able to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to prioritize tasks and problem solve
Knowledge of the entertainment industry - actors, producers, directors, casting directors, film/tv
Knowledge of MAC OS, Breakdown Express, Final Cut Pro, Vimeo,
