LANG TALENT has been a well-established Entertainment Management Company in the Los Angeles area for over 25 years. We work with talent from 4 years to 99 years.
Eligibility for college credit is encouraged, but not a requirement. You will learn all aspects of the Management and Talent Agency industry, including packaging submissions, phones, scheduling auditions, rules and regulations, why to submit on one project and not another. You will be coordinating auditions between talent, casting directors, and agents. You will also make sure that talent have everything they need to perform their best at auditions. You will be able to set in on most Talent interviews and then be given a chance to interview a new talent yourself, as well. I cannot describe all that you will learn, as it depends on how fast you accomplish what we have given you to achieve. I will say that this is a great internship for the right person. We have interns that have become agents, managers, and casting directors.
REQUIRED SKILLS: Good phone etiquette, computer literate, organizational skills, detail-oriented, and you must be able to multitask.
