LOL New York is seeking Assistants Managers, full and part time positions available. Assistant Managers will oversee every aspect of the comedy club including the showroom, hosting and comics. Candidates must have strong on-floor presence and hands-on involvement to promote and maintain the highest guest experience. The right candidate will be a highly motivated self starter who is mature, extremely organized and very detail oriented.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee every aspect of comedy club: showroom, hosting and comics
• Promote and adhere to all company policies, procedures and guidelines
• Observe operations and help to minimize waste and maximize profits
• Promote and maintain high quality quest experience
• Strong floor presence
• Encourage staff compliance with all company standards
• Assist with daily back office and operational needs
• Support manager and staff
Requirements
• Possess a NYC DOH Food Protection Certificate or be willing to obtain in the next 3 months
• Knowledge of Inventory Control, Ordering, Floor Service
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required
• Maintain a professional appearance consistent with Dress Code Policy
• Available evening and weekends
